I’m very prone to getting blisters on the back of my heels and they’re always a pain to deal with as they take so long to heal.
I put these on and shoes became comfortable again! They are a little difficult to remove from the plastic backing but once you get them on, they stay on until you take them off. Taking them off wasn’t painful either!
