Disappointing durability from silicone bakeware
I purchased this bakeware for my Home and Kitchen and was extremely disappointed with how quickly the silicone deteriorated. While the airtight seal was HELPFUL, the overall quality of the product left much to be desired. The durability of the product did not hold up well after just a few uses, resulting in cracked and damaged pieces. The pros of the airtight seal are overshadowed by the cons of its poor quality..
- Duraglass material is up to 50% stronger than other non-tempered bakeware, making it less likely to break or shatter in the oven or during transport.
- The silicone seal around the edges of the lids may warp or crack over time, allowing air and moisture to seep in and potentially spoil food.
