I like that it is very easy to use for my team members so they can quickly access our content without having an IT department help them get set up with software or hardware needed as well as getting all of their documents stored into this system which has been helpful! The only thing i dislike about SAGO are some things such as not being able to create templates when you have multiple people using different accounts (it's possible but takes more time than we would want). It does everything really great though from creating alerts within emails through outoutbound communication via emailing customers directly etc.
