Looks solid and true to picture. So why only three stars? No instructions, not even a piece of paper. Nothing the device shows on the real door. I understand that many DIYers will have no problem installing this without instructions, but they may not have my amazing ability to mess things up (pun intended). Look at the main picture. On this side, it even looks like both sockets are screwed to the same wall. That would be helpful now. The customer posted a picture of their doorstop installed, but the site doesn't allow me to copy and paste that picture into a Word document so I can take a closer look.
