Review on Whiteside 2505 Router Bits with Optimal Diameter by Austin Arvayo

Bought a racquet based on all the reviews. The upper bearing fell apart within 4 inches of the cut. It blew out my jig and ruined my stash, but I was still fine getting a new bearing and using the bit. I went to the Whitesides website and they had a place to post your problem. I did this and received no reply after a week. I then called Whiteside Customer Service. They were very nice and wanted me to email some photos. I did and still no answer. It's been a few weeks now and I can't get any help from them. I'm good at customer service so very disappointed with Whiteside.
