Hello, I'm a plumber. I always check my client's TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) as it's skyrocketing in our area. I have two other devices. In this case, one reads 257, the other reads 254, this one reads 152. Mistakes like this can trick my customer into telling them everything is fine when in fact they have hard water. I always test the water with two different gauges and they are all close to the results except this one which is far away. Tip: Always carry two flow meters from different brands and compare them, never trust the results of just one.
