Not 12 " tall/picture accurate

Cute, but a far cry from 12 inches tall. More like 8" if you stretched the hat upright. So if you are looking for a tiny (in portion) elf for hanging on a tree or from garland, they will work. Was expecting something so very much bigger that I'm having to rework how I'm going to use them in my Christmas decorating.
