Item arrived before delivery date, looked great and was very easy to put together. The thermostat failed and the seller offered to replace it but as it was my second heat press with electrical issues (from different sellers) and my fear of electrical fire etc I decided to return it instead. I took it to FedEx as needed, in short they lost it! After doing everything that was recommended to me, I contacted the seller and I was refunded the rest of the purchase price with no problems. If I have the courage to buy another heat press I will probably use the services of this seller.
