Clown makeup good but hard to spread.
Very good for the skin, Very bold but hard to smooth on with brushes. You would need some small padding like for foundation to apply to the face.
- Worked great for Halloween. Not sticky or wet. No cracking. Colors were bright
- The makeup may not be waterproof, causing it to smear or rub off easily
