I bought this but not for its intended purpose. I needed something to bridge the gap between the back and front seats so I had more room to sleep! I just did 5500 miles in 12 days and needed room in my car so I could sleep when not living with people. (By the way, I only sleep at truck stops, which are much safer than rest stops.) I wasn't sure if that would work, but it did! I think the weight limit is 75lbs and my head isn't that heavy lol. Note that you *can't* sit on it, so make sure you don't. I only used it as a pillow. After trying it I know it will be great for a pet. I was completely satisfied with that. I do not condone its use for anything other than pets. I'm just telling my experience. By the way, I'm 70 years old and I hope to travel a lot more!
