I used to have much better ones, looked just like HomeEdge until my friend loaded my dishwasher in and wrecked it. My previous one slid over ice like it was warm butter. I used to hear liquid in the pen when using it. I didn't hear any liquid on the HomeEdge blades. Not sure if it dried up, leaked or they didn't put enough in it. Therefore, when used with ice cream, it worked just as well as a regular metal spoon, it is very difficult to pass. Should probably buy a more expensive one. Not recommended.
