I have a lot of cobwebs in front of the house and I wanted to remove them sometimes. It seems like an inexpensive brush for an amateur casual user like me. The brush seems to be a special type for this application. These are smooth bristles that will probably make the mesh easier to clean, but are still good enough to strip walls or anywhere. This is one of the cheapest tools I've seen. It is not telescopic, you have to screw on the parts of the handle. Not a big deal for infrequent use. I really only need 2 sizes, a half size and a full size, so only one screwing operation is required. It feels sturdy and really serves its purpose. I can easily shake off most clumps of mesh to clean, but I also vacuum the brush to try and get more. I can't get everything but it's clean enough. I couldn't believe how many dusty cobwebs I had collected from outside the house. I've also used it around the house. This brush is something of the opposite of microfiber. This is done to slip the net. Surprisingly good enough to snag them, but obviously doesn't take long to snag a net. I removed the star because it's not perfect, it's not very light and it's not that easy to extend. But for the price, I put up with these small blemishes. If I did this every day I would pay 4 times as much for a professional tool. This works for me.
