The software has been very easy to use for our workforce who are not computer literate. It does what it says in terms of capturing data from biometrics devices which can be used at any given point of entry into an organisation. There have been some glitches here or there but nothing too serious as far we're concerned. I would say if you've got staff without much experience then this could help them develop their confidence when working with computers/softwares. We needed something simple enough so they didn't need training in order to get up-to speed quickly. They now feel confident about entering information straightaway instead of spending hours learning how to do things through trial and error like other softwares.
