I use this to hook up a CO2 tank to my drinking buddy so I don't have to buy overpriced little bottles. Most of the time he does his job. From time to time the connection on the part of the drinking companion weakens. I don't twist it during use, it stays fairly still apart from a little movement with the bottle mechanism. So my guess is that the pressure going through the hose is causing it to loosen. I'm used to reaching back and feeling the tightness of the connection every few times to make sure it's not too loose to get a good squeeze. I'm considering taping the connector in place, although tape tends to leave a sticky mess if you need to remove it. works well enough that I would buy it again should anything happen to it (assuming it doesn't break with normal use in the near future).
