I originally got these because I felt like my daughter’s new shoes were a bit too too big and wile high quality, didn’t seem to have great padding on the soles. She is pretty athletic and I didn’t want her bouncing down onto unpadded soles. These are amazing! Much better than I expected and now when I watch her run, jump, climb I feel like she is really well supported! For reference, she is almost 8, shoe size 3 (narrowish feet), the shoes I put these in are a size 4/35 and they fit perfectly w/out trimming.
