You get what you pay for. Works great but was difficult to install. I had to manage my router just to connect the Smart Alarm to my WiFi. This means I have to re-register every device that connects to my WiFi after installation. After that, getting the sensors to respond to a smart alarm wasn't easy. Do not install the sensors before they are activated to ensure the sensors/magnet are connected to the Smart Alarm. Place sensors/magnets afterwards. You can disable the sensors after connecting to the smart alarm and then I suggest placing the sensors on the doors/windows. No device or app issues, just the installation seems outdated. There is no customer service or troubleshooting for this system from Awow, so you can set up a smart alarm yourself to connect to Wi-Fi and sensors. The app works great and has great features.
