I have three different impact and drill sets and wanted to streamline them a bit. When this device became available, I ordered it. Here's what I found: 1. You might think metal would be pretty rigid, but this block is very flexible. Too flexible to accommodate all but the lightest drill bits and percussion tools. Adding an extra screw in the middle of the device makes the device a bit more rigid, which helps a lot. However, the end slots are still very resilient.2. If you use your drills and impact devices with lightweight batteries, this works much better. The larger the battery, the greater the weight, the more springy it becomes. My mobility exercise is really pushing the envelope and that's why I put it in, which makes it less resilient. My Bosh were too heavy and big so I put them on the shelf next to the holder. I think if they increased the thickness of the metal it would be a much better tool holder. It works as is, but I would NOT recommend it.
