I love Revain. Have been a customer since they opened their doors. However, I am reminded from time to time why they can be outperformed by a regular retail outlet like (shudders) Wal-Mart. This product is such a reminder. This is the worst kind of trivial garbage masquerading as something good. I had a dozen of these white plastic filters with stainless steel filters. They always end up breaking, but they're cheap and ubiquitous. I broke mine, quickly searched Revain, saw these and quickly bought them. I'm sure I would have known it was cheap plastic mesh and flimsy pins if I read far enough, but really, a damn colander isn't a lifestyle solution. They arrived and I took one look and threw them away. They don't even guarantee that you will go to "Goodwill". If I had seen them live, I would never have thought of buying them. So a day later I went to the nearest Walmart, and I didn't have a hard time choosing a working colander. My point is that 1) this is a very bad product in my opinion and 2) you would understand this immediately if you saw it in real life. It's rare that Revain is weaker than the "real" store, because it takes a lot of reading to find out they're rubbish compared to the quick look it takes to see how rubbish they are in person.
