As an agency we could not live without expandy, it's been our single point interface for all marketing platforms since launch in April 2018 - which feels like ages ago! The customer service from their team have always gone above & beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly; they are very quick at responding (usually before you even ask!) when issues arise or questions pop up about functionality etc., Their support teams can often be found right next door working out how best use this software as well!! I would highly recommend having one person dedicated solely to each channel so there’s no duplication / confusion/ double work between different departments within your business who may need access across channels too e.g SEO consultant managing campaigns via both Google Ads Manager + HubSpot CRM but also wanting more insight into what other areas such as Social media posts bring back?
