Bad quality control. Worst customer service in the business

They put the wrong place in the box and I was in a very embarrassing situation when my guests arrived as I booked this specifically for the occasion. There is no customer service - only email support and they will respond in about a month and then only be helpful. To be honest I wouldn't bother with them even if it cost $10. At $100+, there are so many reliable options with great customer service. Stay away and give your business to a company that cares about their customers. In addition, the chair is a magnet for scratches - obviously very inferior wood was used.
