Easy to Use Software That Provides Great Value
I like that this software is easy enough for anyone in IT or non tech people can use it as well! It's very customizable, which allows me do so much more than just security monitoring alone; all of our servers are monitored with alerts sent out via email when issues arise within server services such us file sharing & printing problems etc.. Also has an alert system setup where if someone leaves their computer unattended they will get emails notifying them about being idle too long (which helps prevent theft).

- Ability to monitor almost any service from web browser
- Very user friendly interface works great across desktops/mobiles devices.
- Freeware downloadable version available even without license purchase required by some users
