I had just started the keto diet and lost 15 pounds pretty quickly when it came up to taking it to give me an extra boost. I started taking them as directed and over the next 3 weeks I completely hit a brick wall and didn't lose any weight at all. I made other adjustments, thinking maybe my macros were disabled, but nothing changed until I stopped accepting them. The week after I stopped taking them I lost another 3-4 pounds and that was the only change I made in that time. It may work for some people, but they completely foiled what I did, and I suspect it skewed the results of the ketone test strips I also used.
