I like that it is very easy to use for all levels of dental professionals from new dentists through advanced practices with large numbers in their offices/clinics! It's also great because we can have multiple users working together at once without having too many different programs open up - which would be confusing if you needed assistance quickly or had other things going simultaneously (such as phone calls).

We are able to keep track of patient information such appointments etc., so they know what services were provided when billing insurance companies-which helps us get paid faster by our carriers!!
