Here's the Answer to the Obvious Question
It can only output one 4k/2k output, all other outputs will be 1080p.So if you have two 2k monitors, $100 docking station will only give one 2k and the other will be 1080.So the answer to the question "So will this work with my dual 2k monitor set up" is yes but one/two will be 1080p
