I have bought at least 10 different items from them so far and have never had a problem. Everything comes correctly and is dated correctly (unlike many other companies that sell powder). Your packaging is good. It comes in a white sealed bag. When you receive it, just tap the top before opening it so all the powder is on the bottom. So nothing squirts out when you open it. When you're done, you can reseal it. Attached some pictures. There's not much to see, but you can see that the batch number and minimum purchase date are on the box. So…. BCAAs are very important. They help with almost everything. They help you conserve energy and conserve muscle (instead of using it for energy). The first dose should be taken about 30 minutes before training, another right after training. Or, if you prefer, you can sip it during your workout. Mainly not because I don't want to hold on to anything else. You can then take the dose in your shake before bed. Star Rating: When I write a review, I always start with 5 stars ★★★★★.
