High quality heavy cast iron skillet
I wish this product had more stars. Perfect for what it was made for, frying (or baking) shrimp! I like to pre-cook the bacon in the oven until it's about half done. Then wrap each piece of shrimp in bacon and insert into the shrimp holes. Be sure to flip the shrimp after about 4 minutes so the bacon is browned on each side. Note. Toothpicks are NOT required for this product. The bacon will brown around the shrimp and won't fall off.
