Installed in Lenovo Legion Y7000. The originally installed Realtek RTL8822be Wi-Fi card drivers were the biggest problem, and by manually updating I fixed many connectivity issues plaguing this Lenovo-era laptop. I did this after having already ordered it. I decided to abandon and install the 9650 as it is a newer product and had Bluetooth 5 instead of 4.1 or 4.2 (doesn't matter). 5.45% MB/s increase in internetwork speed (courtesy of DSLReports website). Not scientific, mind you, but a nice kick. I don't like the Speedtest website because your service provider probably has an agreement with them to list faster speeds than what's available in the real world (like Netflix). I used SellBroke's "How to Disassemble Lenovo Legion Y7000P" video to carefully open the case. Pay attention to where each screw comes from!
