The ability to track all my assets from order entry through dispatch/shipment using mobile devices makes it easy for me do more with less time in between jobs or while I am working! It does support almost every type of asset out there today which gives us great flexibility when creating custom reports as well! Nothing so far really but they are always looking at making improvements! For anyone needing an Asset Management system this one's hard not too love!! As you can imagine we have quite alot (literally) going thru our warehouses daily - managing inventory is very important.

This helps keep everyone up to date about whats happening throughout each warehouse location allowing quick response times if any questions arise along these lines. We now know where items went after shipping & before receipting into customers hands. Our customer feedback has improved greatly over what was existing previously because everything gets communicated quickly, simply & efficiently via email / SMS etc.
