I love this massage ball. I don't even freeze it or refrigerate it because it stays pretty cold. My back hurts a lot and my boyfriend doesn't know how to massage so I just have to ask him to turn and I feel great. I highly recommend this item! Also after training I use it on my legs to relieve pain and it helps a lot. I have read about some issues with these skin compressing massage rollers but I have never had any issues with this particular product.
