I like how easy it was to train my staff with this system because they can use their own computer or smart phone without having an IT person there every time! It would be nice if you could go right into setting up your team's account instead of creating them from scratch through emailing someone at webcise support each step along way. We have found that our employees are always willing & excited about new things we've added since training in using all aspects within this platform so far has been great!! Our sales numbers continue increasing month after month as well. The ease of use. The customer service. The ability to create multiple programs. It's user friendly. It's very intuitive. The ability to customize it to your business needs. The ability to easily track all of our programs. I have nothing to dislike about Webchise. We have been able to implement many different programs for our franchisees. We are able to see the results of our programs in one place.
