I've been looking for a set of tins for my baked goods but couldn't find anything that worked or was even affordable. And they were often labeled and indicated what I would use them for. Canisters are bloody expensive for some reason. I'm so tired of digging flour out of paper bags and making a mess. Although I prefer to use non-plastic for environmental and aesthetic reasons, I had to solve this problem and was desperate. It's easy as they are wide at the top and fold up and stand nicely on the counter. I ordered 2 sets and am satisfied. Mix in all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, bread flour, oatmeal, wheat germ and Bisquick. Problem solved.
