Don't overtighten. Best hand held shower head
If the hose at the shower head is leaking, don't try to tighten it. The threads will snap. If the hose in the shower head is leaking, just buy another hose. I gave up the Kohler block in favor of a flexible vinyl tube. This solved my problem with the leaking hose. The last shower head lasted several years until the jet adjustment tab broke. Our water is quite hard and parts have hardened.
