Sturdy holster, almost perfect

I've had many holsters and like to think I'm not picky about this, but really I am. Hold my phone on my right hip at 4 o'clock, my phone is a Google Pixel 2XL. I prefer nylon cases for durability and protection, but usually with a magnetic closure for peace of mind. at work with my tool belt, in the boardroom in a suit that doesn't look like a tool belt, in rugged gear for hiking or outdoor sports, and with easy on/off features for a test. - Checkpoints. Ize until they got rid of the magnetic clasps on the nylon models. They were almost perfect too. This one is a bit closer to perfection. wears out and does not work. The magnetic locks allowed me to silently access my phone in a meeting or conference or pull the phone out for a photo without being noticed and are fairly secure too. I was skeptical about the buckle on the OneTigris, but once I got used to it I liked it. I can open and close it quietly enough with one hand, as long as you keep your finger on the buckle when closing. In terms of durability and protection, I like the more comprehensive coverage this offers. It seems like many holster manufacturers like to let the corners stick out. I like having my phone next to my hammer holster when wearing a tool belt, which isn't a great combination, but I like it. This covers the corners more fully but still leaves a bit of outside that can be knocked out with a claw on my hammer, I've learned to deal with that on all holsters. belt loops on this one. I wish it had a clip like the Nite-Ize, you can reach out and detach it with one hand while walking through the metal detector. To remove it I have to remove the belt, the clasps are very secure but very difficult to undo so I just remove the entire belt which slows me down. When I get dressed in the morning I'm used to hanging it on my belt, but it's still a bit annoying when I forget if I want to sleep. Stylistically, I like its finish, simply black and reserved, easy to wear with everything. The velcro strip on the flap is totally unnecessary and I don't use it, I've thought about unfastening it. There's enough padding, but not too much, and it's very easy to reach my phone with one hand. No matter what the soft lining is made of, it also does a great job of keeping my screen clean. I don't use a zip pocket and could do without, but it doesn't add much bulk so I don't mind. The construction seems nice and solid, the holster is well finished, I don't see anything in it that wears out prematurely in my opinion. If they added a clip instead of loops that would be perfect. I can't believe I've been talking about a phone case for so long, but here it is.

Pros
