After two coffee warmers and a stove that destroyed my coffee mugs, I think I've found the perfect solution for my desktop workstation. These coffee warmers don't keep my coffee warm even at 24 watts. Buying a hotplate is dangerous if you're using a ceramic mug, which I like to drink coffee from. This beauty, although a little big on my desktop, does the trick. It has three dots before you get to the numbers. When you turn the device towards the dots, the heating plate turns on for a few seconds, after which the device turns off. Don't worry, here we go again. This is enough to heat the plate. And the higher you set it before dialing the numbers, the warmer it gets! It can get very hot so be careful. The setting I set for my 20 ounce ceramic coffee mug is just after the third big dot. This turns it on for 10 seconds and cools it down for 75 seconds. It's perfect for me and it keeps you warm and toasty! I only give it 4 stars as I only had a few hours!.
