So far, so good! We were renovating the kitchen and decided to purchase a cooktop until the renovation is complete. Eggs boiled with no problems.

My product exploded while cooking on a small stove. I didn't have anything on the larger one and it accidentally broke and the glass flew into my hands. I have had the item for less than a week.

Very well used since it arrived. Hears and cools down quickly after switching on/off. Long cord (hard to find in home appliances) and doesn't take long to cook. It doesn't heat up the room too much, which is good for summer. Not as easy to clean as advertised but still pretty easy. I have no real complaints.

I bought this burner to use while we are remodeling the kitchen and don't have a hob. It works better than expected. Heats up really fast. I think it boils water faster than my old gas stove. The torch was also sent quickly. As other reviewers have pointed out, be careful when using it, the entire unit gets hot and you could burn yourself if you don't let it cool down after you've finished cooking. I was looking forward to using this product. I have just received it. When I unpacked it I found that it wouldn't fit in most of my pots/pans. handle problem. It's slightly tilted up, above the surface of the device. This way large pots will be raised and not flush with the ceramic surface. You can see in the attached photo that there is a gap between the top of the unit and the bottom of my 12" pan. Had this pin been in a horizontal or down position it would have worked for me.
