Although this product heats up very quickly and less than most double burners, there is a serious problem that the numbers on the temperature scale wear off after a few days of use Burner. My girlfriend told me this has happened to her and we've just decided she just got a broken one but after cooking on this thing multiple times a day for 3 weeks there are now absolutely no numbers on any dial, because they were erased from contact with the natural oil of your fingers. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable! Now I can't even tell what temperature my food is being cooked at because I can't know what temperature this stupid thing is set to. Now my food is either being cooked too fast or too slow. This is a major hurdle as I had a Black and Decker single burner and after 10 years of use the numbers on the temperature controller are still clearly visible as they were the first day I bought the burner. When you're willing to guess the temperature your food is being cooked at and risk burning it or cooking it too slowly for fear of getting the temperature wrong because there's no damn number to measure it , then buy this thing. . If not, please submit as soon as possible!
