Works better than expected
I bought this burner to use while we are remodeling the kitchen and don't have a hob. It works better than expected. Heats up really fast. I think it boils water faster than my old gas stove. The torch was also sent quickly. As other reviewers have pointed out, be careful when using it, the entire unit gets hot and you could burn yourself if you don't let it cool down after you've finished cooking. The sides of the device obviously don't get as hot as a burner, but the body of this thing is metal, so it gets pretty hot.
