As a small and petite woman, it is not easy for me to match a color with a work dress. I was pleasantly surprised that this one fitted me with dignity and style! I'm 4'10" so I needed that hemline (actually that's 95% of the dresses I buy) and I also needed a little ruffling of the shoulders. But for a decent quality $20 dress I was willing to pay for extra shoulder work to have a yellow dress in my wardrobe, someone taller and usually a size 2 (5'0" to 5'3") should have no problem wearing it to get comfortable.
