I haven't compared this item to others but I'm really not sure if it reduces noise that much. In my case, I'm using the headset in my home office, so there's no wind and the only airborne noise will be my breathing, so it's possible this thing doesn't need to eliminate that much noise at all. I think getting 10 for about $5 is a great price. It seems well made and fits my Jabra Evolve 40 perfectly.
