Women say. You are not female. They are either male or unisex. Also, the weird stuff on your butt hurts terribly at first until it breaks your legs. If I saw them in person I'd choose something that might suit a woman's foot better, but I only need them to go out in the yard and I'm one of those psychos who sometimes wear socks with my sandals, so obviously the looks don't bother me too much. And they're pretty heavy and bulky.
