Missing parts: Replacement parts

Didn't have two o-rings when I got it, finally found a few that fit, got a shop to install them all but one which fitted fine (and it wasn't even the right ones) I put in new o-rings.) Called the shop, they said one broke after they put everything back together, now I've spent $350 at the shop and still have to buy new ones and pay replace, also very disappointed.
