As a disabled person I wear alot of pajamas around the house. I wanted a high quality pair because my low end pajamas keep wearing out. So I decided to spend the ridiculous amount of money on some Pajamagram pj's thinking they would be more luxe and last longer. Before and after washing the pj's per their instructions the pants fit perfectly but the top is 2-3 times too big. And it's not comfy cozy cute too big- it's ridiculously too big like a child wearing their parent's sweatshirt. They had a tag attached to the pj's stating to call them if I was unhappy with the fit so I did. All they said is that I could return or exchange them. (Duh.) If you can only purchase sets of these pajamas that is fine but don't make one item the appropriate size according to the size chart provided and the other item 2-3 times too big even after washing and not have a policy to rectify this. Especially since these pajamas are REALLY expensive for what they are. I thought in purchasing from Pajamagram I would get a high quality set of pajamas and an over and above customer service satisfaction policy. The right thing to do for customers who pay these prices is to replace the item that doesn't fit. Taking my pajama business elsewhere. So bummed.
