It does what you expect

Nothing to complain about, they won't stick to your food or crumble in the fryer. I typically use it to reheat leftovers (pizza and spicy wings) and frozen foods that shouldn't be emptied out of the bin. I only use them once when not making batches so I've never had a problem. I received size XL for my Cosori 5.8Qt.
