The bottom isn't flat - a design flaw they know and won't fix.
None of these T-case materials are flat. This is the second chance I've given them, but both of the ones I've bought have a raised center so the oil comes out of the center of the pan and pools around the edges. It was too cheap to return but I would like them to work together. Yes, it will work, but is it really that hard to sell a flat-bottomed pan?
