It worked great at first, I made some coasters out of it. Then I started working on picker towels. Each time the needle approached the magnet, the magnet was pulled from the hoop onto the needle. Also, when using appliqué, be careful when removing the embroidery frame from the machine. Again, the magnets fly off when he gets close to the needle. If your scissors get too close, they'll rip off the magnet instantly. I've lost a few projects because of not being able to reposition what I've been working on. My set came with 6 magnets but I used extra SewTite as these magnets were 100x stronger and felt more secure. In addition, SewTites are lower and cannot be tightened with a needle or scissors.
