Excellent brush. I had some concerns at first because it lost about 15 bristles in the first 3 uses. Since then it has never shed. This brush produces excellent lather (I've used Catties Bubble, Stirling and Taylor from Old Bond Street with it with great success). I will be ordering a Bruce version for my son but only because I want him to have a different pen to mine. The brush is very soft but still has good bone strength. Because it's synthetic, it dries much faster than boar or badger brushes, making it great for travel too. I recommend this brush to anyone who wants to lather with a brush. The price is exceptional. I still alternate my badger hair brushes with a razor, but not because this brush doesn't fit. I like this brush just as much as my other brushes!
