I used them to rebuild the intake manifold on my 2000 GS400 Lexus, both inside and on the bottom two pieces where the intake manifold is located. high quality and I didn't get any vacuum seal codes or engine leaks during the rebuild. It is made of thick, high-quality metal. To be honest for most people you'll never need to change this gasket as it's thick metal but it's cheap insurance once you're already down there so I figured that might be an option too.
