UPDATE 06/07/18: I couldn't be more surprised when a box containing a new set of sheets, a blanket, towels and a handwritten apology letter from the head of the company showed up at my door . This was after I had already received a full refund. Thank you Scott for your generosity and dedication to customer satisfaction! We really appreciate that and will definitely be shopping with Elite Home Products again in the future! We were so excited when our sheets arrived. They were adorable, decent quality and looked great with our bedding. However, once we took everything out of the packaging, we quickly realized that they were coming back. At first I thought my cat had had an accident and was defecating on the carpet (we had just moved to a new apartment), but then I smelled the sheets. They were stunned. The smell was a mixture of feces and vomit and nothing we tried could get the smell out. Nothing. They were utterly useless. They also had a big blue pen marker but that was the least of my worries. None of us could sleep on sheets with such an unpleasant odor. I will definitely not buy this brand again.
