This spinner ring is pretty and looks well made for what it is. The metal is polished well without flaws but looks more like chrome than silver. The indentations of stars and moons are also well done. It's a good looking ring. The spinner band doesn't move as easily as I expected but I've never used one so my expectations may have been wrong. I can't imagine how anything like this would help someone with anxiety. I'm not a fidget-er, either. Why would you take an attractive ring and muddy it with descriptions of skin picking and other bad habits? Instead of a ring, perhaps you can seek cognitive therapy. However, the design itself is cute.The metal doesn't look like sterling silver, though. Another reviewer noticed the same thing but was consoled by the 925 stamp. Sadly, a 925 hallmark means nothing anymore. The description says it is rhodium plated. If you are a fan of sterling silver and want it to look like sterling, this isn't the ring for you. If you like silver color rings and enjoy the spinner aspect of the design, this may be right up your ally.Packaging was compact but excessive. The ring was in a tiny Ziploc bag. This tiny bag was placed inside another zip bag which also contained a packet to control humidity. This was in another package along with a little cloth. This was inside a flocked fabric bag. This was inside another plastic bag. Overall I like the design. It looks like an attractive chrome ring with a unique style. Accept it for that and you can't go wrong.
