Good price for large quantity

I use it to soften water in dishwashers and washing machines. It is the active ingredient in commercial dishwasher detergents. I fill the dispenser 1/2 full with detergent and 1/2 full with citric acid powder. When washing, you must be careful not to use too much. Put it in the water before your clothes because if you don't, it may bleach them a bit. Hard water left deposits on my towels and made them rough. So in the old top loader I used about 1/2 cup citric acid and less than half the usual amount of detergent and then rinsed the towels twice. Went like clockwork.
